Album 15: Collapse into Now

Released in 2011, Collapse into Now would prove to be R.E.M.'s last album. Although we didn't know it would be their last when it was released, maybe we should have known better as Micheal later said "I was waving goodbye on the front cover".

Album 14: Accelerate

Released in 2008, Accelerate was a new beginning for R.E.M. After four years of no new music they came back with an all new style that did not continue the sounds from their last few releases.

Album 13: Around the Sun

Released in 2004, Around the Sun... umm... well not much to say just go listen to it!

Album 12: Reveal

Released in 2001. Reveal revealed a lot about the "new" R.E.M., but did it reveal that they were moving in the right direction or the wrong direction?

Album 11: UP

R.E.M.'s 11 album, and first without drummer Bill Berry, marked a departure from their earlier works. It was released in 1998 and has been cited as inspiration by the likes of Radiohead, even if it wasn't met with much critical success.

Album 10: New Adventures in Hi-Fi

Released in 1996 and recorded while on tour, New Adventures in Hi-Fi is what some people consider to be R.E.M.'s last "good" album.

Album 9: Monster

Released in 1994 Monster had the huge task of living up to the quality that was shown in Automatic for the People. Let's see if it did!
